Helpful answers
Quick answers before you get in touch.
Straight answers to the questions people usually ask first.
What kind of work do you cover?
We help with boiler breakdowns, servicing, replacements, and air source heat pump installations.
Do you cover areas outside Hampshire?
Yes. We cover Hampshire and also take on work across the South of England, including East Sussex, West Sussex, and Surrey.
What should I do if I have no heating or hot water?
Call us and let us know what is happening. If you have lost heating or hot water, phoning is the quickest way to reach us.
Do I need to know exactly what is wrong before I call?
No. Just tell us what the boiler or heating is doing and we can take it from there.
What if I am not sure whether I need a repair, service, or replacement?
That is fine. Tell us what the system is doing and we can help you work out the best next step.
Do you fit new boilers as well as repair them?
Yes. We can help whether you need a repair, a replacement, or a completely new boiler installation.
Can I ask about air source heat pumps?
Yes. We can talk through your property, the space available, and whether an air source heat pump looks like a good fit.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. SLT Heating Ltd is Gas Safe Registered.
Do you only fit certain boiler brands?
No. The right boiler depends on the property, your hot water demand, and what you need from the job.
What should I include if I email about a job?
Your name, postcode, contact number, and a short description of the job or fault. Photos are helpful too if you have them.
Is phone or email better?
If it is urgent, phone is best. For planned work, email is a good option if you would rather send the details first.
Why do customers choose SLT Heating Ltd?
Customers often mention clear communication, tidy work, and honest advice that suits the job.
Can I still ask about a heating job that is not clearly listed here?
Yes. If it relates to your boiler, heating, hot water, or a smaller plumbing job, just get in touch.
